A note on diagnosis and online information
Online information can be useful, especially when you are trying to understand your experiences or prepare for a conversation with a professional. But online checklists, articles and social media posts cannot diagnose ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome or any mental health condition.
If something you read feels familiar, it may be worth keeping notes and speaking to your GP, school, workplace, occupational health provider or another relevant professional.
You deserve support that is accurate, respectful and appropriate to your situation.
