About The Neuro Digest

Curated clarity for neurodivergent lives

Welcome to The Neuro Digest.

If you are tired of scrolling through endless algorithms, dodging misinformation, or trying to piece together useful stories across TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, newsletters and news sites, you are in the right place.

The Neuro Digest is a human-curated hub for neurodivergent content, covering ADHD, autism, dyslexia and beyond.

We are not another social feed. We bring together the best of the internet’s neurodivergent conversation under one roof, organised by what matters to you, not by what an algorithm wants you to see.

Why we exist

The internet is full of brilliant neurodivergent content.

There are personal stories that make people feel seen. Practical tips that explain executive dysfunction better than any textbook. Research updates that deserve a wider audience. Policy changes that affect real lives. And, sometimes, memes that are funny because they are painfully accurate.

But all of this content is scattered.

Finding it often means jumping between platforms, scrolling through noise, and hoping the algorithm shows you something useful.

We believe there is a better way.

The Neuro Digest exists to be a trusted filter. We scan across platforms, publications, creators and communities to find content that informs, validates, educates or simply makes life feel a little less lonely.

Then we organise it clearly, credit the original source, and explain why we think it is worth your time.

How we work

Our approach is built on four principles.

1. Human-curated, not algorithm-driven

We do not want to trap you in an endless scroll.

Every piece of content featured on The Neuro Digest is selected because we believe it adds value. That might mean a fresh perspective, a useful resource, an important news story, a thoughtful personal account or a moment of genuine humour.

Where helpful, we add a short note explaining why we chose it and what makes it worth reading, watching or sharing.

2. Structured around real needs

Neurodivergent people, families and professionals do not all need the same thing at the same time.

That is why we organise content by topic, audience and format.

You might be looking for workplace strategies for ADHD, adult autism diagnosis stories, parent resources, education updates, research summaries, lived experience pieces or respectful neurodivergent humour.

Our aim is to help you find what is relevant without wading through unrelated noise.

3. A bridge across platforms

Some of the best neurodivergent content lives on social platforms. Some of it appears in newspapers, blogs, podcasts, academic research, charities, advocacy groups or personal essays.

The problem is that it is rarely in one place.

The Neuro Digest brings these conversations together so you can discover useful content without constantly switching between apps and feeds.

We link back to the original creator or publisher wherever possible, so you can explore more from the people behind the work.

4. Credit and transparency

We believe in lifting up creators, not erasing them.

Every featured item is clearly attributed. Articles link back to the original publication. Videos and social posts credit the original creator. Where possible, we include source details so you know where the content came from and why it has been included.

The Neuro Digest is a curator, not a replacement for the people doing the original work.

Our stance on community and safety

Neurodivergence is personal. It can involve identity, health, education, work, family life and difficult conversations. We take that seriously.

No medical advice

We share stories, resources and information, but we do not provide medical advice. Content on this site should not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment or support.

Inclusivity first

We welcome the full spectrum of neurodivergent experience. ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s and other forms of neurodivergence can look different from person to person. Gatekeeping has no place here.

Respectful discussion

We support honest conversation, but we do not tolerate ableism, bullying, harassment or hate speech. Our aim is to make the internet clearer, kinder and more useful for neurodivergent minds.

Join the conversation

The Neuro Digest is built for the community it serves.

If you have a story to share, a creator we should know about, a resource worth featuring or a suggestion for what is missing, we would love to hear from you.

  • Submit a story or suggestion
